A substanial smoothie thanks to the addition of oats - a real healthy energy booster. Vary the fruits to your liking - the kiwis make this smoothie quite sharp, add honey for a natural sweetner. The yogurt is a standard individual size - I use the yogurt carton to measure out the fruit juice and the oats - just fill to the top of the carton. Chuck everything in the blender, give it a good whizz and it's ready!
