A tasty dip that's healthy too.  It's quick to prepare and will keep for a couple of days in the fridge.  Serve with pitta bread or the extra healthy option of crudities.

Butter Bean Dip

  1. Tin Butter Beans drained and rinsed
  2. 2 Cloves smoked garlic
  3. 5 Sun dried tomatoes chopped
  4. Juice from a lime
  5. Black pepper
  6. Pinch of cinnamon
  7. Pinch of garlic salt
  1. Whizz the whole lot up in a food processor. Add a little water if needed.
  2. Serve in a small bowl sprinkled with your favourite spice mix and some extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Serve with crudities, savoury biscuits or pitta breads. Also good spread on wraps and topped with salad.

  4. Brocolli
  5. Celery sticks
  6. Spring onions
  7. Your favourite veggies
