Baked Camembert with Chorizo
- 1 Camembert
- Olive Oil
- Oven to 180 Gas 4.
- Cut a cross in the top of the Camembert.
- Put it back in it's box or a small Camembert dish.
- Brush olive oil on the top.
- Cook for around 15 minutes until the cheese is soft to touch.
- Open out the cross and add the very finely chopped chorizo.
- Cook for a further 15 minutes or so.
- Serve with homemade foccaccia or spicy wedges.
