Best Dumplings Ever
- 200g self raising flour
- 2 teasps. baking powder
- 100g margarine (I used Utterly Butterly)
- Water to mix
- Sift the flour and baking powder.
- Rub in the marg gently.
- Add enough water to make a dough. (DON'T make it too wet = hard dumplings)
- Add to quite fast simmering stew or soup for 25 - 30 mins.
