Baked Camembert with Chorizo

Baked Camembert with Chorizo
  1. 1 Camembert
  2. Chorizo
  3. Olive Oil
  1. Oven to 180 Gas 4.
  2. Cut a cross in the top of the Camembert.
  3. Put it back in it's box or a small Camembert dish.
  4. Brush olive oil on the top.
  5. Cook for around 15 minutes until the cheese is soft to touch.
  6. Open out the cross and add the very finely chopped chorizo.
  7. Cook for a further 15 minutes or so.
  1. Serve with homemade foccaccia or spicy wedges.
