Best Dumplings Ever

Best Dumplings Ever
  1. 200g self raising flour
  2. 2 teasps. baking powder
  3. 100g margarine (I used Utterly Butterly)
  4. Water to mix
  1. Sift the flour and baking powder.
  2. Rub in the marg gently.
  3. Add enough water to make a dough. (DON'T make it too wet = hard dumplings)
  4. Add to quite fast simmering stew or soup for 25 - 30 mins.
